Many people have a fear of being known as the pushy and salesy when they’re involved in sales.  They might even use that as an excuse not to get involved with a sales training program or actively seek new clients.  They take more of a passive approach with their selling skills.

I’ve heard many people say “I don’t want to be a sales person” or “I’m not in sales, so I’m not going to be pushy”.  If you are not acting pushy, you are not pushy…if you are not being dishonest, you are not dishonest.

Guess what….we are all selling something so why not be great at it?

The fact is, we’re all in sales… like it or not.  Sales skills are a must, whoever you are!

Selling does not have to be a fearful experience! If you have the right attitude, a strong self belief, a full understanding of your product along with plenty of practice, then you will have nothing to fear. So, take a look at each of these fears and put a plan in place to tackle them today!
